1. 수집하는 개인정보
이 사이트는 회원가입, 로그인, 문의 양식이 없으며 이용자에게 이름·연락처 등 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 자동으로 수집되는 정보
웹 서버가 접속 기록(IP 주소, 브라우저 종류(User-Agent), 방문한 페이지, 접속 일시, 이전 페이지 주소)을 자동으로 남깁니다. 이 기록은 서비스 운영, 보안, 방문 통계 확인에만 사용하며 14일 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 통계는 서버 내부에서만 집계하며 외부 분석 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 브라우저에 저장되는 정보
선택한 언어(한국어/English)를 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 광고
이 사이트는 카카오 애드핏 등 제3자 광고 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고 사업자는 쿠키 등을 이용해 광고를 표시하고 성과를 측정할 수 있으며, 이 정보는 각 광고 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
5. 외부 서비스
매물 목록의 썸네일 이미지는 번개장터 서버에서 불러오므로 해당 이미지 요청 시 번개장터가 접속 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 번개장터·KREAM 링크를 누르면 해당 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

1. Personal information we collect
This site has no accounts, logins or contact forms, and does not ask you for any personal information.
2. Collected automatically
The web server keeps access logs (IP address, browser (User-Agent), pages visited, time of visit, referring page). They are used only to run and secure the site and to count visits, and are deleted automatically after 14 days. Visit statistics are computed on the server; nothing is sent to outside analytics services.
3. Stored in your browser
Your language choice (Korean/English) is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to the server.
4. Advertising
This site may show ads from third-party networks such as Kakao AdFit. Ad providers may use cookies to show ads and measure their performance, under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Outside services
Listing thumbnails are loaded from Bunjang's servers, so Bunjang receives the request for those images. Links to Bunjang and KREAM take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
